This Distance Sales Contract (“Contract”) is concluded between the following parties in accordance with consumer protection laws and regulations applicable to distance sales.

2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

This Contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties concerning the purchase and delivery of products ordered at a distance through the Seller’s website [MASNACKS.COM], in accordance with the terms stated herein.

The essential characteristics of the product(s), total price including taxes, shipping fees, and chosen payment method are displayed to the Buyer during checkout and included in the email confirmation.

4. DELIVERY TERMS

  • Products are shipped to the Buyer’s address provided during checkout.
  • The Seller must deliver the products within the time frame displayed at checkout unless unforeseen circumstances occur.
  • Shipping delays caused by courier services are not the responsibility of the Seller.


5. BUYER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  • The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
  • To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller via email at [INFO@MASNACKS.COM].
  • The Buyer must return the product unused, undamaged, and in resale condition.
  • Opened or partially consumed food items cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.


6. REFUNDS

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, the Seller will refund the Buyer within 14 days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs for returns may be borne by the Buyer unless the Seller explicitly states otherwise.


7. SELLER’S OBLIGATIONS

The Seller agrees to:

  • Deliver the products as described,
  • Provide clear pre-contract information,
  • Assist with customer service inquiries,
  • Keep Buyer information confidential (except for delivery partners).


8. BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS

The Buyer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate personal information,
  • Pay the full price of the product,
  • Not misuse the website or engage in fraudulent purchases.


9. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY

The Buyer's personal data will be processed for order fulfillment, customer service, and legal compliance.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes:

  • Parties will first attempt amicable negotiation.
  • If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to consumer arbitration committees or competent courts in the Buyer’s jurisdiction.


11. ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT

By completing the checkout process on the website, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms of this Distance Sales Contract.
